Emerging Professionals

Emerging Professionals (EPs) refers to professionals that have completed their academic studies up to the point of licensure as well as up to 10 years after licensure.

Associates are­ architecture degree holders that have an associate membership with the designation Assoc. AIA. Associate membership is open to those who have a professional degree in architecture, work under the supervision of an architect, are enrolled in AXP, or a faculty member in a university architecture program.­
