Thank you for participating in the 2026 AIA Florida Trade Show. We are excited to see all of you! The Trade Show would not be such a success year after year if it were not for the continued support of our exhibitors and sponsors. We know this year’s event will be a benefit to you and your business. We are so glad you have joined us!
The Trade Show provides an opportunity for you to display, demonstrate and educate attendees about your products and services.
Trade Show, Friday, July 17 at Expo Hall E-F at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee:
When entering the property, please head to the back of the building using this address as reference (3208 Gaylord Way, Kissimmee, FL 34746). The Convention Center Loading Docks are located in the back of the building past the parking gate. Enter the parking gate and collect a ticket, continue forward to the back of the building until you see the loading docks with 19 loading dock slips.
Please note, that cars can not pull up on either ramp, should you need to unload your vehicle – please park at the end of the ramp or loading dock one and hand carry your items to the loading dock where you may place next to security to go back and park your car then return to bring your items to your location. Vehicles can not be left unattended at any time. If you need assistance with unloading your vehicle, GEMS the show decorator can help!
Once you have unloaded you may park at the convention center garage in the lower level - exhibit level.

If you need additional services for your booth you may access Gaylord's exhibit services HERE.
If you need any supplies for your booth brought in by our decorator, GEMS you may ship it to 11580 Ryland Court, Orlando, FL 32824 by Monday, July 13. If you have a booth reserved you will receive an email from Britni Fitzpatrick at Britni@gemsevents.com to create an account to order additional services from GEMS.
Your registration is to exhibit at the trade show only. If you would like to attend additional events at convention, you can register to attend convention or purchase tickets directly to that event HERE.
The AIA Florida 2026 Convention and Trade Show will take place at the Gaylord Palms Resort. Rooms are available at the Gaylord Palms Resort or the Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration.Reserve your room today. The room block closes for both properties June 22, 2026 or until sold out, whichever comes first. We kindly request to limit to two room reservations.
Beware of hotel reservation, attendee list and booth services scams. AIA Florida will NOT call you seeking a credit card over the phone to book your room. Only book your room directly with Gaylord Palms Resort.For attendee list, only AIA Florida will send attendee lists a month prior and after convention.
