Thank you for participating in the 2024 AIA Florida Trade Show. We are excited to see all of you! The Trade Show would not be such a success year after year if it were not for the continued support of our exhibitors and sponsors. We know this year’s event will be a benefit to you and your business. We are so glad you have joined us!
The Trade Show provides an opportunity for you to display, demonstrate and educate attendees about your products and services.
Trade Show, July 19, Ponce Ballroom at the The Breakers:
- Exhibit set up: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Exhibitors that are golfing on Friday may set up Thursday at 7 p.m.
- Show hours: 2 - 6:30 p.m.
- Drawing prizes: Prizes will be announced starting at 6 p.m. until close to 6:30 p.m.
For attendees at your booth, please fill out this form for them receive name tags at the trade show.

For additional services for your booth, you will receive an email from our decorator GEMS order@gemsevents.com. Here is information on additional services and here is information on shipping.
Your registration is to exhibit at the trade show only. If you would like to attend additional events at convention, you can register to attend convention or purchase tickets directly to that event HERE.
For accommodations, you may reserve your hotel room HERE. We respectively ask that each exhibiting company limit reservations to two rooms at the Breakers so that all registrants may obtain accommodations.Additional reservations may be made at the Hilton West Palm Beach.
Beware of hotel reservation, attendee list and booth services scams. AIA Florida will NOT call you seeking a credit card over the phone to book your room. Only book your room direclty with the The Breakers through their website or by calling 888.273.253 providing the group name (AIA Florida Convention.) For attendee list, only AIA Florida will send attendee lists. For booth services, you will receive an email from GEMS order@gemsevents.com only.
